SHIPPING

We ship orders through USPS or FedEx. Orders received on Friday and Saturday will be shipped out the following Monday. Orders received between Sunday and Thursday will be shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking information.  

Please call us should you prefer to place your order via phone, or if you have any special shipping instructions or needs.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the USA.

RETURN POLICY

We thank you for choosing Fifty Home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it up to 14 days from the date you received it. You can exchange it or get a full refund for the product. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Once you have contacted us for prior approval, we will email you a return shipping label to print. The item must be in original, unused condition as it was received in the original packaging with receipt included.

Should a product arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will gladly assist you. Please hold onto the box it was received in for proof for the shipping company. If the product arrives to you damaged, we will refund you the original shipping charges, and replace the item.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept a personal check should you prefer. If paying by personal check, please understand your order will be shipped upon your check clearing.

INVENTORY

Please check back with us periodically as we continue to add inventory. This is the beginning, and our goal is to carry more than one item from each state. Please visit our brick-and-mortar store located in Concord, New Hampshire, as some items are stocked only at our flagship location.

We cannot guarantee an item ordered online is available. We will notify you via email as soon as possible, if there is any concern regarding your order.
